Amphitheater

Amphitheater

Unable to fetch current tide conditions

Located on the ocean side of Cabras island, the Amphitheater features a large rounded and layered area in the reef that resembles an underwater amphitheater. Sharks, tuna, turtles and baracuda are commonly seen here. The terrain drops from 60 feet to more that 120 feet in the outer reef areas.

This site is prone to a western swell that makes diving at 30 feet somewhat challenging, but once below that depth, it is a relatively simple dive.

This dive can sometimes be entered from the beach, but conditions are usually rough and there are often shipping containers blocking the roadside entry.
